Shipping Policy — Diljee’s

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size/weight.

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited options (when available): typically ~3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal volumes.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

  • We cannot reship, reroute, or modify orders once they leave our facility.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you can’t locate it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, email us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

 


 

Return & Refund Policy — Diljee’s

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@diljees.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the box, packaging, and affected item(s).

  3. Once verified, we’ll replace the item(s) or offer another suitable resolution.

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is fully resolved.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to contact@diljees.com — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are picked, packed, or shipped.

  • Email contact@diljees.com immediately with your order number if you wish to request a cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 3–10 business days to appear.
